Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of large companies in the Russell 1000 Index, with day-to-day management delegated to multiple sub-advisers employing different quantitative and fundamental investment styles. An overlay manager aggregates the sub-advisers' model portfolios and implements them with discretion to harvest tax losses, defer gains, and manage trading costs. Because the overlay manager varies from the aggregated models for tax efficiency and other objectives, the fund's holdings and returns may diverge from what the sub-advisers' recommendations alone would produce.
