Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

Long-term capital appreciation by investing in common stocks believed to be undervalued.

Strategy · summarised

The fund is subadvised by T. Rowe Price Associates, which invests at least 80% of assets in large-cap stocks it regards as undervalued, typically screening for low valuation multiples (price/earnings, price/book, price/sales, price/cash flow), depressed asset values, or positive financial characteristics relative to peers or historical norms. The portfolio manager may also pursue securities with potential for substantial appreciation from corporate events, product innovation, competitive developments, or management changes. The fund may hold up to 25% in foreign securities and will not automatically sell a holding merely because its market capitalization falls below the large-cap threshold.
