Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
The objective of The Jensen Quality Growth Fund Inc. (the Fund), is long-term capital appreciation.
The fund invests in a concentrated portfolio of approximately 25 to 30 U.S. companies selected by the adviser for quality and growth characteristics, including consistent return on equity of 15% or greater over at least ten years, strong financial condition, and above-average projected or historical earnings and revenue growth. The fund is non-diversified, meaning a relatively high percentage of its assets are invested in a limited number of issuers. Because the fund holds securities of only 25 to 30 companies, performance depends heavily on the performance of those individual holdings.

Portfolio growth profile
How much of the fund’s stock holdings are in fast-growing companies · as of 2026 Q2
Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies. Foreign and newly-listed holdings are excluded, so the figure covers only part of the book. From SEC filings — not investment advice. How we measure this.

May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
