Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The Touchstone Mid Cap Growth Fund (the Fund) seeks to increase the value of Fund shares as a primary goal and to earn income as a secondary goal .

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in common stocks of mid-cap U.S. companies with market capitalizations between $1.5 billion and $12 billion, with day-to-day decisions delegated to sub-adviser Westfield Capital Management. Westfield selects growth companies it believes have demonstrated earnings achievement and excellent prospects for earnings growth over one to three years, typically selling when price targets are met, the investment case changes, or better opportunities arise. The fund may hold up to 20% in foreign securities and may engage in frequent trading.

Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies.
