Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The Victory Pioneer Fundamental Growth Fund (the Fund) seeks to provide long-term capital growth.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of large U.S. companies similar in size to those in the Russell 1000 Growth Index, using bottom-up fundamental analysis to select issuers with above-average potential for earnings and revenue growth, with particular focus on capital deployment and return on capital. The fund may hold fewer than 40 securities and is therefore non-diversified. Up to 20% of assets may be invested in non-U.S. issuers, and the fund may also hold debt securities and use derivatives.
