Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the S&P 500 Index by holding substantially all of its constituent stocks in the same proportions as the index itself, employing a passive replication approach designed to match the index's performance. Day-to-day management is delegated to a sub-adviser, which rebalances and reconstitutes holdings in line with index changes and may sell securities to secure gains, limit losses, or redeploy assets. Because the fund's diversification status depends on the index composition at any given time, shifts in relative market capitalizations or index weightings of individual components may cause the fund to become non-diversified. Operating expenses and transaction costs create a performance lag versus the index.
