Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The WisdomTree U.S. LargeCap Dividend Fund (the Fund) seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree U.S. LargeCap Dividend Index (the Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the WisdomTree U.S. LargeCap Dividend Index using a representative sampling strategy, holding a sample of the 300 largest U.S. dividend-paying companies weighted by their projected annual dividends rather than market capitalization. Because the fund samples rather than holds all index constituents, its returns may diverge from the index. The index applies sector caps (25% maximum for most sectors, 10% for real estate) and reweights annually based on dividend projections.
