Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
The fund seeks long-term capital growth.
The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of small-cap companies with market capitalizations no larger than those of the largest companies in the S&P Small Cap 600 Index or Russell 2000 Index, selecting stocks it believes are undervalued and selling when prices approach fair value or better alternatives emerge. The fund may engage in active and frequent trading, which increases transaction costs and may result in capital gains distributions. The fund may also invest in real estate investment trusts.

Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies. Foreign and newly-listed holdings are excluded, so the figure covers only part of the book. From SEC filings — not investment advice. How we measure this.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 12.64pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 2.53pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
