Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The Funds investment objective is long-term growth of capital.
The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of smaller-capitalization U.S. equity securities, defined as those in the lowest 20% of total U.S. market capitalization, selecting companies with improving financial results and favorable earnings outlooks using fundamental and quantitative analysis. The fund may also hold foreign securities, preferred stocks, ETFs, and rights or warrants (up to 20% of assets), and may use derivatives including options and futures for income, exposure adjustment, or portfolio protection. Because the fund's selection depends on the adviser's assessment of earnings growth and management quality rather than adherence to a fixed index, performance will diverge from any benchmark.
