Allspring Special Large Cap Value Fund
Actively managed U.S. stock fund
The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation.
The fund invests in 30 to 50 large-capitalization stocks selected through fundamental research for undervaluation and favorable reward-to-risk ratios, with up to 20% in foreign issuers through ADRs. The manager seeks companies with durable competitive advantages, strong balance sheets, and sustainable cash flows, often those out of favor or undergoing corporate action. Holdings are sold when they approach price targets, fundamentals deteriorate, or better opportunities emerge. Because the fund holds a concentrated number of positions, performance will diverge from broad large-cap benchmarks based on the success of individual security selections.

May 2026 and Jun 2026 and Jul 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
