Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2
The investment objective of the Portfolio is to seek long-term growth of capital.
The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of large-capitalization companies, defined as those within the Russell 1000 Index. Five subadvisers manage the portfolio and seek companies with above-average earnings and cash flow growth that occupy defensible market niches capable of sustaining momentum through economic slowdowns. The fund may deviate from these criteria to pursue opportunities from corporate events, product innovations, competitive developments, or management changes. Because performance depends on the subadvisers' security selections, results will diverge from any benchmark.

Look-through blends 2 underlying funds; 2.694% of NAV was not looked through and stays direct-classified. The blend is as of 2025Q4, one or more quarters before the direct holdings (2026Q2).
The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.

Portfolio growth profile
How much of the fund’s stock holdings are in fast-growing companies · as of 2026 Q2
Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies. Foreign and newly-listed holdings are excluded, so the figure covers only part of the book. From SEC filings — not investment advice. How we measure this.
