Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The funds investment objectives are to achieve long-term growth of capital and income.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests primarily in common stocks selected by its investment adviser for attractive valuation and long-term appreciation or dividend potential, normally holding at least 80% in equities with up to 15% outside the United States. Because the fund is nondiversified, it may concentrate a greater portion of its assets in fewer issuers than a diversified fund would. Securities are sold when they no longer appear to represent relatively attractive opportunities. Day-to-day management is divided among multiple portfolio managers, each overseeing separate segments of the portfolio.
