Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

Columbia Disciplined Core Fund (the Fund) seeks to provide shareholders with long-term capital growth.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests in large-cap equities—companies with market capitalizations above $5 billion or within the S&P 500 range—using quantitative and fundamental research to identify mispriced stocks through multi-factor models. At least 80% of assets are held in these equity securities. The fund may emphasize particular sectors, including information technology. Because performance depends on the accuracy of the stock-selection models, mispricing signals that fail to materialize will drag on returns.
