Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
Fidelity Blue Chip Growth ETF seeks long-term growth of capital.
The fund is actively managed and invests primarily in large- and mid-cap blue chip companies that the adviser believes have above-average growth potential, using fundamental analysis of financial condition, industry position, and market conditions to select holdings. The fund also may invest in foreign issuers and derivatives. As an actively managed ETF operating under an SEC exemptive order, the fund does not disclose its complete portfolio daily; instead it publishes a Tracking Basket designed to approximate its holdings and a daily overlap metric showing how closely the Tracking Basket matches the fund's actual portfolio.
