Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

Fidelity Mega Cap Stock Fund seeks high total return through a combination of current income and capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks of mega-cap companies, defined as those with market capitalizations similar to constituents of the Russell Top 200 Index or S&P 100 Index, using fundamental analysis of financial condition, industry position, and market conditions to select both domestic and foreign growth and value stocks. The fund may also use derivatives to gain exposure to these investments or related market risk factors. Because security selection depends on the adviser's fundamental analysis rather than an index methodology, fund holdings and performance may diverge from any particular index.

The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.

Derivatives are shown at market value, not notional exposure.

Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies. Foreign and newly-listed holdings are excluded, so the figure covers only part of the book. From SEC filings — not investment advice. How we measure this.
