Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Global X NASDAQ 100 Covered Call ETF (the "Fund") seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the price and yield performance of the Cboe NASDAQ-100 BuyWrite V2 Index (the "Underlying Index").
The fund tracks the Cboe NASDAQ-100 BuyWrite V2 Index, which holds the stocks of the NASDAQ-100 and sells one-month call options on those stocks each month, holding the options until one day before expiration and liquidating them at the close. The fund is non-diversified and may invest a larger percentage of its assets in a smaller number of issuers than a diversified fund. When equity markets rally sharply, the fund is expected to underperform the NASDAQ-100 because the call options sold cap its upside.

Allocation
Asset groups · long / short shown separately, never netted · 2026 Q2
| Stocks | 103.41% |

The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.
Derivatives are shown at market value, not notional exposure.
