Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The fund seeks long-term capital growth.
The fund invests primarily in U.S. large-cap stocks selected through fundamental analysis of individual companies, focusing on those showing business improvement such as accelerating earnings or revenue growth, rising cash flows, or other signs of relative business strength. The portfolio managers buy stocks they believe will appreciate over time and sell those no longer meeting their criteria, with occasional use of covered calls on holdings. The fund may also hold foreign securities when they meet the same selection standards. Because returns depend on the portfolio managers' stock selections and their assessment of business improvement, fund performance will diverge from broad market returns.

The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.

Portfolio growth profile
How much of the fund’s stock holdings are in fast-growing companies · as of 2026 Q2
Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies. Foreign and newly-listed holdings are excluded, so the figure covers only part of the book. From SEC filings — not investment advice. How we measure this.
