Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Invesco KBW Bank ETF (the Fund) seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the KBW Nasdaq Bank TM Index (the Underlying Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the KBW Nasdaq Bank Index, a modified-market-capitalization-weighted index of large U.S. money centers, regional banks, and thrift institutions, by holding all index constituents in their index weightings. The fund is non-diversified and therefore not required to meet certain diversification requirements under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Because the fund holds all index securities in fixed proportions, its performance will diverge from the index only by the amount of fees and expenses.
