Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Funds investment objective is to seek total return.
The fund invests in common stocks of companies expected to grow their dividends over time, using a bottom-up approach to identify firms with competitive advantages and management committed to dividend growth. The fund holds at least 80% of assets in dividend-growth securities across all market capitalizations, though currently focused on large-cap stocks, and may also hold foreign securities, convertibles, and preferred stocks. Because the fund's returns depend on the selection and performance of individual securities chosen by its managers, results will diverge from any benchmark.
