Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The iShares Large Cap Core Active ETF (the Fund) seeks to maximize total return.
The fund invests primarily in common stock of large-cap U.S. companies selected by portfolio managers for attractive valuation and long-term return potential, with up to 25% of assets in foreign securities and ADRs. The fund may use derivatives including options, futures, and swaps to enhance returns or hedge market, currency, and interest-rate risks. During temporary market disruptions, the fund may hold up to 100% of assets in short-term liquid investments and depart from its principal strategy.
