The investment objective of the Fund is long-term capital growth through investments in stocks.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests in common stocks of large-capitalization companies selected by T. Rowe Price Associates based on criteria including strong cash flow, above-average earnings growth, and the ability to sustain momentum during economic downturns; the Sub-Adviser uses fundamental analysis and quantitative models to identify stocks with above-average long-term earnings growth potential. The fund is non-diversified and may invest more of its assets in fewer issuers than diversified funds. Up to 30% of assets may be invested in foreign securities, including those tied to emerging markets.
