The fund selects dividend-paying stocks of companies across all market capitalizations using fundamental analysis, seeking businesses with durable competitive advantages, strong management, and attractive valuations relative to long-term intrinsic value. The adviser also considers environmental, social and governance factors as part of its assessment of financial risks and opportunities. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equities, including common stocks and REITs, and may use futures contracts to gain targeted equity exposure from cash positions.
