Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The Fund seeks capital appreciation and current income.
The fund selects dividend-paying stocks of companies across all market capitalizations using fundamental analysis, seeking businesses with durable competitive advantages, strong management, and attractive valuations relative to long-term intrinsic value. The adviser also considers environmental, social and governance factors as part of its assessment of financial risks and opportunities. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equities, including common stocks and REITs, and may use futures contracts to gain targeted equity exposure from cash positions.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 7.79pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 1.56pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
