The Fund seeks to provide capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests in large-cap U.S. equities selected for relative value within each sector, maintaining sector weights similar to the broad market while modestly overweighting securities deemed undervalued and underweighting those appearing overvalued. It systematically overlays a put/spread collar strategy using S&P 500 index options, buying downside protection through a put spread while selling call options to offset costs, typically capping upside at 3.5–5.5% and protecting against declines of 5–20% during each quarterly hedge period. Because the call options sold limit participation in rising markets once the market price reaches the strike, the fund may underperform traditional long-only equity strategies in strong bull markets. The options overlay is reset quarterly to adapt to changing market conditions.
