Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Fund seeks to provide investment results that correspond to or incrementally exceed the total return performance of an index that tracks the performance of the small- and mid-capitalization equity markets.

Strategy · summarised

The fund employs an enhanced index strategy, holding stocks from the S&P 1000 Index of small- and mid-capitalization companies and ranking them using a proprietary system based on company financials and fundamental analysis to overweight or underweight individual positions relative to the index. Because the fund does not hold all index constituents and maintains overweighted and underweighted positions, its returns may diverge from the index. The adviser also incorporates environmental, social and governance factor assessments into its analysis, though securities negatively impacted by such factors may still be held.
