The fund seeks long-term capital growth.
The fund invests at least 80% of assets in medium-capitalization U.S. stocks selected for appearing undervalued relative to the managers' assessment of fair value, holding positions until price appreciates to reflect that value. The fund may also hold foreign securities meeting the same valuation criteria. Because returns depend on the managers' security selection and timing decisions, fund performance will diverge from any index.
