Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Fund seeks long-term growth of capital.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in large-capitalization equity securities selected from the Russell 1000 Value Index universe, focusing on undervalued companies with identifiable catalysts such as management changes, restructurings, or new products that the portfolio managers believe can improve depressed earnings. The fund may also hold REITs and foreign stocks, and may write covered call options to enhance returns. Because security selection depends on the portfolio managers' assessments of valuation and catalysts, fund performance will diverge from the Russell 1000 Value Index. The fund pursues a disciplined selling strategy and may have elevated portfolio turnover.

Cumulative return· Jun 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
