Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The investment objective of the fund is long-term growth of capital.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies positioned to benefit from innovation and new technologies in a changing global economy, selected by the investment adviser for their growth potential and attractive valuation. The fund may hold up to 50% of assets outside the United States, including in developing countries, and may invest in smaller-capitalization stocks. A multi-manager structure divides the portfolio into segments managed by individual portfolio managers. Because security selection depends on the investment adviser's judgment about which companies represent good long-term opportunities, fund performance will diverge from any benchmark based on the adviser's stock-picking decisions.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 9.54pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 1.91pp a year — not a difference in what they own.

Cumulative return· Jun 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
