Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The investment objective of the Fund is long-term growth of capital and income.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in dividend-paying equity securities of value companies, defined as constituents of the Russell 3000 Value Index, S&P Composite 1500 Value Index, or MSCI World IMI Value Index, with higher-yielding securities forming the core holdings; the sub-adviser may also hold lower-yielding equities with higher growth potential to balance the portfolio. The fund may invest up to 25% in non-U.S. equities and holds convertible securities for both capital appreciation and income. Because the fund's selections depend on the sub-adviser's judgments about growth potential and portfolio balance, holdings may diverge from the value indexes used to define eligibility.
