Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Fund seeks a favorable long-term total return, mainly through capital appreciation, by investing primarily in a portfolio of equity securities selected to track the overall U.S. equity markets based on a market index.
The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of the Russell 3000 Index, which comprises the largest 3,000 U.S. companies representing approximately 96% of the investable U.S. equity market, and attempts to closely match the overall investment characteristics of that index by buying most, but not necessarily all, of its constituents. Because the fund does not hold all index constituents, its returns may diverge from the index return. Fund performance will be reduced relative to the index by transaction costs and operating expenses.
