Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Fund seeks a favorable long-term total return, mainly through capital appreciation, by investing primarily in a portfolio of equity securities of large domestic value companies based on a market index.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in stocks from the Russell 1000 Value Index, which comprises large-cap U.S. companies with lower price-to-book ratios and lower expected growth. The portfolio manager buys most but not necessarily all index constituents to track the index's overall characteristics, though fund fees and trading costs will cause returns to lag the index.
