Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Fund seeks a favorable long-term total return, mainly through capital appreciation, by investing primarily in a portfolio of equity securities of large domestic companies selected to track U.S. equity markets based on a market index.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in the stocks of the S&P 500 Index, buying most but not necessarily all of the index constituents to closely match the overall investment characteristics of the benchmark. Because the fund does not reduce index returns by its own fees and operating expenses, tracking performance will lag the index by the amount of those costs.
