Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The PRIMECAP Odyssey Stock Fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests primarily in U.S. common stocks selected through fundamental research to identify companies trading at reasonable valuations relative to their growth prospects and profitability, with a three- to five-year investment horizon and no requirement to track an index. The Advisor may maintain significant overweight or underweight positions in particular sectors relative to the S&P 500 and may also invest substantial assets in foreign securities. Because the fund's returns depend on the Advisor's security selection rather than index replication, performance may diverge materially from the S&P 500.
