Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q2

ProShares UltraPro S&P500 (the Fund) seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to three times (3x) the daily performance of the S&P 500 Index (the Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund seeks daily investment results that correspond to three times the daily performance of the S&P 500 Index using financial instruments including equity securities, swap agreements, and futures contracts, rebalancing its portfolio each day to maintain the targeted leverage. Results over periods longer than a single day will not equal three times the return of the Index. Because the fund may invest in a representative sample of Index securities or in securities not contained in the Index, its daily returns may diverge from three times the Index's daily return.
