Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The funds goal is to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of the Dow Jones U.S. Broad Stock Market Index.
The fund tracks the Dow Jones U.S. Broad Stock Market Index, which comprises the largest 2,500 publicly traded U.S. companies, by holding a representative sample of index securities selected to match the index's performance attributes, sector weightings, dividend yield, and price-earnings ratio. Because the fund uses sampling techniques rather than holding all index constituents, its returns may diverge from the index. The fund may invest up to 10% of assets outside the index, including securities anticipated to be added to the index, other investment companies, and derivatives such as futures contracts.
