Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The funds goal is to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of the Dow Jones U.S. Large-Cap Growth Total Stock Market Index.
The fund tracks the Dow Jones U.S. Large-Cap Growth Total Stock Market Index, which comprises approximately 750 large-cap growth stocks weighted by market capitalization, by holding the same securities at the same weights as the index. The investment adviser may adjust individual security weights to manage odd-lot purchases, tax consequences, or liquidity constraints, and may invest up to 10% of assets in securities not yet in the index or in derivatives to optimize cash returns and tracking. Because the fund's weightings may diverge from the index's due to these adjustments, its returns will differ from the index before fees.
