The fund invests primarily in common stocks of mid-capitalization companies selected by sub-adviser Wellington Management on the basis of potential for capital appreciation, using fundamental analysis to identify quality companies with sustainable growth potential. The portfolio is diversified across sectors represented in the Russell Midcap Growth Index, though the fund may concentrate in one or more sectors based on market conditions. Mid-capitalization companies are defined as those within the market capitalization range of the Russell Midcap and S&P MidCap 400 Indices, approximately $502.96 million to $100.79 billion as of December 31, 2025.
