Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The investment objective of the U.S. Large Cap Growth Portfolio (the Portfolio) is to achieve long-term capital appreciation.
The fund purchases large-cap U.S. companies with high profitability and high relative prices (growth stocks), weighted by market capitalization, while the advisor may overweight or underweight individual holdings based on shorter-term factors including price momentum. Because individual security selections and weightings are discretionary rather than rule-based, the fund's composition and returns may diverge from any benchmark. The fund may use futures and options to adjust equity exposure around cash flows and employs flexible trading to manage costs.
