Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The investment objective of the U.S. Vector Equity Portfolio (the Portfolio) is to achieve long-term capital appreciation.
The fund purchases a broad group of U.S. equities with substantially increased exposure to smaller-capitalization, lower-priced, and higher-profitability companies relative to their weight in the overall U.S. market, while using flexible trading to manage costs. The fund's active adjustments based on shorter-term factors such as price momentum and investment characteristics mean its holdings and weightings will diverge from any passive benchmark.
