The WisdomTree U.S. Value Fund (the Fund) seeks income and capital appreciation.
The fund uses a model-based screening process to select approximately 100–200 U.S. large- and mid-cap companies that combine high total shareholder yield—through dividends or share buybacks—with favorable quality metrics such as strong returns on equity or assets. The portfolio is reconstituted and rebalanced at least annually. Because holdings between rebalances may temporarily include securities no longer meeting the model's criteria, the fund's composition can diverge from its selection rules until the next reconstitution.
