Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation.
The fund invests in common stocks of large, well-established companies within the Russell 1000 Growth Index universe, selected through a bottom-up process that identifies companies with positive price momentum and attractive fundamentals, often those positioned to benefit from demographic, technological, or regulatory shifts. The adviser also assesses environmental, social and governance factors as part of its analysis, though this does not preclude investment in or divestment from issuers based on ESG considerations alone. Because the fund is non-diversified, it may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a particular issuer or group of issues than a diversified fund would. The fund may use futures contracts to gain targeted equity exposure from cash positions.
