The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation.
The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of large-capitalization U.S. companies, defined as those within the S&P 500 Index's market capitalization range at purchase. It uses quantitative methods and fundamental analysis to screen for companies with superior valuation, quality, and momentum characteristics, and may sell holdings when underlying business fundamentals deteriorate. The fund may use futures contracts to equitize cash.
