Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The FT Vest Rising Dividend Achievers Target Income ETF (the "Fund" ) seeks to provide investors with current income with a secondary objective of providing capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests in dividend-growing stocks from the Nasdaq US Rising Dividend Achievers Index, selected for increases in dividend value over three and five year periods, and writes short-dated call options on the S&P 500 Index and related exchange-traded funds to generate additional income, targeting distributions approximately 8% annually before fees. Day-to-day portfolio management is delegated to Vest Financial, LLC as sub-adviser. When the S&P 500 Index or an underlying ETF appreciates above a call option's strike price, the fund must pay the difference or deliver shares, potentially requiring sales of equity holdings to meet those obligations. The fund's total return may lag that of the S&P 500 Index because capital appreciation is capped by the options sold.
