Innovator Equity Managed Floor ETF
Actively managed U.S. stock ETF
The Fund seeks to provide capital appreciation while seeking to limit the amount of losses experienced by investors (prior to taking into account management fees and other fees).
The fund invests in large-capitalization U.S. equities tracked to the Solactive GBS United States 500 Index, alongside a laddered options strategy that purchases one-year put options on large-cap indices at 90% of current value and sells short-dated call options to fund the puts. The strategy seeks to limit losses to approximately 10% over one-year periods while capping upside participation to roughly 70–80% of annual index returns. Because the fund holds equity securities with weightings that may diverge from index weights to avoid tax straddle rules, performance may differ from the index. The fund is non-diversified and has significant exposure to information technology.

Volatility over the last 12 months: 8.40%. Past returns are a record, not a forecast.
