Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Invesco S&P 500 Low Volatility ETF (the Fund) seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the S&P 500 Low Volatility Index (the Underlying Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the S&P 500 Low Volatility Index by holding all 100 of its constituent securities, which are the least volatile stocks in the S&P 500 over the trailing 12 months, weighted inversely by volatility so that lower-volatility stocks receive larger positions. Because index weightings shift with changes in relative market capitalization and realized volatility, the fund's composition and weights will drift from the index between rebalancing dates.
