Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The iShares Morningstar Growth ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of large- and mid-capitalization U.S. equities that exhibit growth characteristics.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the Morningstar US Large-Mid Cap Broad Growth Index using representative sampling, holding a sample of the index's growth-oriented large- and mid-cap stocks rather than all constituents. Because the fund may not hold all securities in the index, its returns may diverge from the index. The fund concentrates in industries to the same extent as the index, which as of April 2025 includes a significant technology weighting.
