Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
The iShares Russell Top 200 ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of large-capitalization U.S. equities.
The fund tracks the Russell Top 200 Index, which comprises the approximately 200 largest U.S. companies by market capitalization, using a representative sampling strategy that may not hold all index constituents. Because the fund holds a sample of index securities rather than all of them, its returns may diverge from the index. The fund may invest up to 20% of assets in derivatives, cash, and securities outside the index to aid tracking.

Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies. Foreign and newly-listed holdings are excluded, so the figure covers only part of the book. From SEC filings — not investment advice. How we measure this.
