Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Fund seeks to provide a high total return from a portfolio of selected equity securities.

Strategy · summarised

The fund selects large-capitalization U.S. equities similar to those in the S&P 500 Index using a three-step process of research, valuation ranking, and stock selection, buying undervalued securities and shorting those it deems overvalued. The fund maintains approximately 100% net long exposure by holding long positions between 90% and 150% of net assets while keeping short positions between 0% and 50%, using equity swaps and short sales to establish short positions. Because the fund's long and short positions vary with market opportunities, its net market exposure may diverge from its target level. The fund may engage in active and frequent trading.
