Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Fund seeks long-term growth of capital.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests in all securities of the S&P 500 Index in the same proportions as the Index, employing a replication strategy to track large-cap U.S. equities. Because the fund holds the full constituent set, its returns will closely mirror the Index. The fund may operate as non-diversified solely to the extent the Index itself is non-diversified, which means a single issuer's price movement could produce larger swings in fund share price than would occur in a more diversified fund.
