Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Fund seeks a favorable long-term total return, mainly through capital appreciation, primarily from equity securities.
The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in large-cap equities that the adviser believes are attractively valued and positioned to appreciate faster than the broader market, with a portfolio weighted average market capitalization similar to the S&P 500 Index. The adviser targets companies it views as industry leaders with sustainable competitive advantages and management teams focused on shareholder value through capital appreciation, dividends, or buybacks. Up to 20% of assets may be allocated to foreign issuers when the adviser identifies more attractive opportunities. Because returns depend on the adviser's security selection decisions, the fund's performance may diverge from the S&P 500 Index.
