Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The U.S. Large Company Portfolio (the Portfolio) seeks, as its investment objective, to approximate the total investment return of the S&P 500 Index.
The fund holds the stocks of the S&P 500 Index in the same proportions as the index itself, seeking to replicate its total return. The Advisor may adjust security weightings based on characteristics and other factors it deems appropriate, and may use futures and options to manage cash flows. Because the fund adjusts holdings beyond pure index replication, its returns may diverge from the S&P 500 Index.
